Yes, on request we are happy to offer you the respective training at the location of your choice!
What makes Softing's training courses special?
All our trainers not only have in-depth and up-to-date specialist knowledge, but also a history as a supporter, application engineer, commissioning engineer, troubleshooter or similar and even continue to work as such. At Softing Industrial, the function of trainer is one of several roles that the holders of certain technical positions at Softing Industrial have to perform on a regular basis. As a participant in one of our training courses, you can be sure that your trainer not only "knows a control cabinet from a brochure", but also understands you and knows the requirements of your job from his own and current experience.
Does every participant receive a certificate of attendance?
Every participant receives a certificate of attendance. For training or course modules (e.g. PROFIBUS Certified Installer) that are certified by an independent technology organization and follow certain requirements (e.g. passing an exam), each graduate receives a corresponding, generally recognized certificate from the organization concerned (e.g. PROFIBUS Nutzerorganisation e.V.).
Can exams be taken at a later date?
In view of our experience regarding the low interest in isolated examination dates following the actual training courses and the examination results then achieved, Softing Industrial only offers all examinations directly after the respective training course or training module. If you realize that the time available to you is not sufficient to complete the training and the desired certificate examination, it is better to book an alternative date straight away! Experience has shown that you will get much more out of the training itself without any time pressure.
Where do the training courses take place?
Our training courses typically take place at our training centers in Haar near Munich or in Nuremberg. We are also happy to offer these training courses at your company or another location of your choice, even internationally - just ask our sales team!
Is it possible to have a say in the training content?
Our aim is to provide you with the tools that are useful to you and your team.In general, our standard training courses already meet this requirement. In addition, you have the opportunity to ask questions in each training session and thus deepen certain content or deal with additional topics.
However, we are also happy to work with you to put together a training course tailored to your specific requirements - just ask our sales team!
How can I register for a training course?
You register for our training courses via a web form that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On the web page of the specific training course you will find a button that conveniently takes you to the relevant input mask. Entering and sending your data ensures that your request is processed quickly. You are successfully registered when you receive our confirmation message by e-mail.
What happens if I cannot take part in the training?
If you are unable to attend your training session as planned due to other commitments at short notice or as a result of acute illness, you will be given the opportunity to make up the training session at a later date free of charge.The prerequisite for this is that you have informed us in writing (e-mail) before the start of the training course.
For customer-specific training or training at a location requested by the customer, different conditions apply, which are part of the offer.
Does Softing accept training vouchers from the Federal Employment Agency?
Softing is not certified in accordance with the Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV)! For this reason, the employment office or job center does not reimburse the costs of the respective training courses.For this reason, training vouchers cannot be redeemed at Softing!
