Return and Repair
The Softing Industrial Automation Return And Repair Policy requires the inclusion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number together with the return of any genuine Softing product for repair. The RMA Number is generated and provided to you upon receipt of this completed Product Repair Form. Please note that Softing in general cannot accept any product returns without RMA Number.
Please send the completed Product Repair Form to Softing via Email (email@example.com) or via Fax (+49 / (0)89 / 45656-488). In case of any visible damage, please send a picture as well.
