In order to get assistance with our OPC / OPC UA Software Development Kits (SDKs) a valid Maintenance Contract is required. To prove this permission, please provide the following information available through your License Certificate.

Without the above requested information, we unfortunately cannot answer your support request.
Please make sure you are using the latest version. This already solves most issues. Latest version is available through download from Softing website. Use requires valid Maintenance Contract.
