Message Types and Data Handling

  • compactLink HW-DN supports the same message and data types as 1769-SDN
  • Message types include strobed, polled, change-of state / cyclic
  • Data types include read/write, input data such as sensor readings or status indicators, output data such as commands and control signals from controller to sensor
  • Compatible with other scanners via slave mode
