Conectividad de máquinas y análisis OEE en tiempo real – Cómo Sennheiser impulsa la eficiencia de la producción

La digitalización de las plantas industriales y la implementación de soluciones IIoT (Internet Industrial de las Cosas) plantean retos tanto técnicos como económicos. Esto hace que las evaluaciones fiables del Retorno de la Inversión (ROI), a menudo complejas, sean aún más importantes. Por ello, se requieren soluciones que permitan un inicio sencillo y rápido, y que acompañen el proceso de digitalización del cliente a largo plazo. 

En el centro de estas soluciones se encuentran arquitecturas flexibles, escalables y abiertas. Igualmente, es importante la disponibilidad segura y confiable de datos de máquinas y procesos en tiempo real, que constituye la base de la mayoría de los casos de uso de IIoT. Las soluciones listas para retrofit son especialmente valiosas, ya que no requieren cambios en las redes de automatización ni reconfiguración de los dispositivos existentes. 

En este seminario web, mostraremos cómo Sennheiser implementó un sistema centralizado de informes OEE utilizando las soluciones de conectividad de Softing Industrial y la plataforma de datos de Bitmotec. El proyecto se basó en un modelo claro de ROI y se realizó sin modificar la tecnología de control existente.
