- Connect a network of field devices without individual wiring directly to I/O module
- Perfect for migrating DeviceNet network from 1769 to 5380 Controllers
Message Types and Data Handling
- compactLink HW-DN supports the same message and data types as 1769-SDN
- Message types include strobed, polled, change-of state / cyclic
- Data types include read/write, input data such as sensor readings or status indicators, output data such as commands and control signals from controller to sensor
- Compatible with other scanners via slave mode

Easy Setup and Diagnostics
