PROFINET Technology Training
Overview
This 2-day training provides an excellent PROFINET overview. It conveys the technological foundation and explains aspects of the PROFINET specification using real-world examples.

950 €PROFINET - Commissioning and Troubleshooting with Examen for Certified PROFINET Engineer
Overview
Softing developed this seminar for companies that need to commission PROFINET systems. The duration of the seminar is two and a half days.
The seminar includes an introduction to the basics of data transmission using Ethernet and to the PROFINET specification.
A large part of the course is dedicated to practical exercises.
A half-day exam is held on the third day of the seminar. The third day will end around noon.
Participants who pass the exam will receive a certificate.

Learning ojectives
After the training you will be able to configure and commission a PROFINET network and to identify and correct potential network faults. There will be a final examination at the end of the training. Every participant who passes the final exam will receive an official certificate from the PROFIBUS/PROFINET International Trade Organization (PI International). The content of the course and the final examination have been approved by PI International.

The training is targeted to control engineers that supervise, perform or maintain network configuration and commissioning of PROFINET installations.
Requirements
Participants should be familiar with the basics of industrial communication technology.
